Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at snailsznn@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. Once we verify the issue we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You do not need to return the item.

Please note that refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Please contact us at snailsznn@gmail.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund within 10 business days.


Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
